We own and manage a small collection of properties around town — long-term rentals and short-term Airbnbs — and we provide in-house services for tenants and non-tenants alike.
Kevin Goff
Kevin owns River LLC. He's been buying and fixing up properties in this area for years. He's the one writing the offers, signing the contracts, and deciding which projects are worth taking on. If you've rented from us before, you've probably heard his name. If you haven't, you might still spot him at a property — he likes to walk a place before it goes on the market.
Calvin
Calvin runs the properties day-to-day. Applications, lease signings, maintenance calls, the mowing crew, the calendar — all Calvin. He's the one most renters and guests actually deal with, and he's the one you'll text or call when something needs handling.

We live and work in this area. Repairs, mowing, snow — all handled by people who could be at your front door in 20 minutes.

Honest
If a property has issues, we'll tell you. If a service is going to cost more than expected, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather lose the job than surprise you.
